My husband negotiated a great lease deal on a Blazer EV at another dealership. Somehow he ended up at the Quality Chevrolet in Escondido instead and Jose was in the parking lot. While their trade in value for our vehicle was subpar, they took the initiative to input our information into CarMax and we were able to quickly drive over and trade in so we could get into our lease. My son, 4, did his best to be patient and Jose had some surprises up his sleeves. I really appreciated that! Highly recommend. More

This time, our experience was greatly improved from my previous car-buying experience at Quality back in 2016. My wife was very skeptical and was ready to go somewhere else if she felt a hint of pressure or manipulation. In fact, she wouldn't even go with me when I looked at the Equinox the first time. However, when I met Daniel Lopez, he gave me the impression that he would do what it took to make her feel comfortable. And that's what he did when I convinced my wife to come and look at the car and meet Daniel. He spent a lot of time with us and focused on what her needs and concerns were. He went over and above! Overall, I felt as though the team of Daniel, Patricia, Jose, and Richard were really listening to what we wanted when it came to buying a car. The words that we used to express what we needed were repeated to us time and again, making us feel as though we were being heard and understood. I also appreciated the email from the general manager, Mr. Singleterry as well. I never felt pressured! I felt as though it was up to us to decide what we wanted who we were going to buy a car from and when. We had previously bought a car from Nissan where we had a great buying experience. We also had a pre-approval from them and we really liked their Ariya. So we wanted to make an informed decision. In the end, it came down to the service we received at Quality Chevrolet along with the fact that I really loved the Equinox! But all along I was willing to walk away if my wife had a bad experience! We will definitely tell others about our great experience there. More
