Pre-owned purchase from afar I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Criswell and feel compelled to relate a very positive experience. Richard Beckett was up front and honest throug I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Criswell and feel compelled to relate a very positive experience. Richard Beckett was up front and honest throughout the process. I was in town for just a few days and he really helped with all the necessary arrangements. Richard kept me updated throughout the process. They fully disclosed some issues that had come up with the car and made sure that everything had been addressed prior to purchase. They truly went the extra-mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend Richard and the folks at Criswell. More

Very professional people work here. Having had a bad experience at a local dealer we took a chance and drove two hours to Criswell. It was well worth the trip. We were immediately greeted by Richard Beckett and the rest was easy as could be. We got there about 5:00 and even though they close at 6 we were not rushed one bit. They detailed the car in and out and had us out by 6:45. Great service and great people I would definitely make the trip again. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Custmer sevice was great at first during actual sale. During the sale, he would return calls promptly and make promise. After the sale when he did not complete his promise, he would not return calls and s During the sale, he would return calls promptly and make promise. After the sale when he did not complete his promise, he would not return calls and sent a nonchalant email that he told me would get my extra key. I was promised an extra key at the time of purchase and after 4 weeks I still had not received the key. After speaking to a manager, he finally called me back and after a conversation that he was clearly not interested in, I told him his customer service was horrible and he hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manger name Bryant and was told he would call me the next day by 10. Needless to say no phone call. Spoke to manager name Mark who said he ordered the key and also hung up me. Thank goodness I got everything in writing because the tried to renege on the promise that they would get me an extra key. If you do business with them get everything in writing. After the sale they don't care about you as a customer. More

Very knowledgeable, patient, and honest. Feels like you're buying from Family. Criswell As a dealership is the best in the area as far a Chevys and Corvettes! 2nd car from them! No hassle pricing and great service department. Your one stop shop! Long Version: After doing a bunch of research online, I visited Criswell because they had a HUGE Corvette inventory and one of the only places advertising REAL discounts. Not any rebates that I wouldn't qualify for and get added back to the dealership. I remember when I purchased my Cruze from them a few years ago they were the premier vette dealer in the area let alone the east coast. So I went there late on a Thursday when I knew it would be slow. Right out front on display are bout 30-40 brand new Corvettes. I walked around for a bit, then was greeted by a New Car salesman who's name I forgot. He was very stern and wanted to get straight to the point which I didn't mind. I know my age and situation had him even more ready to get to know if it was a deal or not. They had a couple with the color combination I wanted. (White/red interior) I wanted black wheels too but they didn't have one options in my price range with it. Settled on a base model and was very quick and upfront with pricing. Very GOOD pricing I should say at that. I was right at my target budget but on a base model. No one REALLY wants the base model. It all comes down to what you can afford. I really REALLY wanted the Performance exhaust system at minimum. The base model they had with NPP had a few other options on that made it almost 5K more. While I was thinking about it, I remember them having a low mileage, CPO Z51 that was optioned pretty will. So I told the sales person I would have to go look at that before making my decision.. He pretty much dismissed me (again which I didn't mind) SOOOOOO.... I walked on down to the CPO lot which had more traffic in the showroom than the new showroom. I was outside looking at the Red Corvette and it had every option I would have got when I built the car online myself. 7 Speed, Z51 (includes NPP) Competition Suede seats, Suede steering wheel and shifter, Magnetic ride control, Carbon flash painted decals, emblems,and spoiler. Even the performance data recorder. Although White was my first color choice Red was my immediate second. I walked into the store and RICH was finishing up with a customer I think so I waited for him a bit. He had a cool vibe about him. He asked what I was interested in blah blah blah. He never once gave me the impression like "oh lord here we go again, another kid wasting my time looking at a corvette" he explained some things on the car that I didn't even know myself. Much more than the new rep did. ANYWAY.... I told Rich my situation. I was waiting to hear if my insurance company to see if my 2015 Jeep Wrangler was totaled. I told him I was 99% sure it was going to be totaled but I wanted it to be confirmed before I made a move. He was completely fine with that. He worked out a number that was fair for the both of us. I also explained to him that I had my own financing in place that he was cool with also. When I departed it was no pressure. RIch is experienced enough so he doesn't have to run to a sales manager or anything like that. I left the dealership still kind of in the middle. but was leaning towards the CPO. Fast forward to the next day. Got the word first thing in the morning truck was indeed totaled so I text Rich told him put the car on hold and call me if he needed a deposit. He said it wasn't needed "its all yours!" Few hours later I was at the dealership picking up my ride. Rich had just got back from delivering a car in Pennsylvania (yep he does that too!) but he still explained everything that needed to be explained. Even followed up the next day and a few days after that. Great guy and experience. Drew Kelly. 24 year Car salesman. haha. More

Honestly, I had a horrible experience when I purchased my 2012 Chevy Cruze so I decided to trade it in using Richard. As many questions as I had, he had the answer. He also put me in a car that I wasn't even expecting to purchase but he had a wonderful deal I couldn't refuse. If there is anyone that can work with you in an honest manner, please give Richard a call. Now, I'm about to contact Richard for a coworker that is looking to purchase a Dodge Dart. Great job Richard!!! Although I purchased my car without financing, I worked with Don Boone who worked all of my paperwork. Kudos to Mr. Boone for his patience since he worked with my in 2012 during that horrible experience. He stepped up and made the purchase smooth! More

Doug Levene was my main sales contact. He was extremely helpful and honest. He was able to pick me up from the station and bring me to the dealership and he was very like-able. Unlike the other dealerships I have been too, he did not make me feel as if I had to purchase the car nor did he push me to rush and buy. I got all the facts about the car from him and he gave me great examples as well. I enjoyed my first car purchase and the best part I did not feel pressured AT ALL! thanks Doug! Don was also extremely helpful and walked me through everything! he explained the finance process (I left without having to call back and ask for extra questions). He offered me a lot of insurance coverage options which I was able to purchase 3. He was absolutely wonderful to work with! More
