Jalen was a good sales person, not pushy but doesn't follow thru. We were advised we get a fill up on gas, which never happened. Come by and then when the vehicle was left there for the we promise we we follow thru. We were advised we get a fill up on gas, which never happened. Come by and then when the vehicle was left there for the we promise we were told at that time it would be taken and filled up. Never done. Then when we left it to get the addl phob we advised the passenger door lock was not working. Please follow up with the key guy and we were advised it worked. Husband tried it and it did not work. In which my husband was told by Jalen they said it was all good to go. (You should never assume and go check for yourself.) Text was sent I'll have to follow up with Richard. We heard nothing. I also asked the finance manager we will get a payment book or coupon in the mail. He advised yes. Well since nothing else was taken care of I called the Credit Union, The answer to that question was no. You have to go online create an account to get your coupons. Glad something told me to follow up so my payment would not be late. I had a friend that was going to look to buy, I advised of our issues. So that is a sale they lost. Customer service is important! More

Negotiated a vehicle price, got approval for finance, put a deposit down to hold the vehicle on a Saturday because I was out of town. Told them I would be there on Monday to sign and pick up the truck. Foun a deposit down to hold the vehicle on a Saturday because I was out of town. Told them I would be there on Monday to sign and pick up the truck. Found out on Monday morning as I was driving to pick it up, that they sold it on Sunday. Never doing business with them. More
