After visiting another MB dealership, a call was made to Princeton MB to speak with a salesperson about 2 GLC 300 SUVs in their inventory. Fortuitously, the call was directed to Arno Orsini, the AMG Sales Princeton MB to speak with a salesperson about 2 GLC 300 SUVs in their inventory. Fortuitously, the call was directed to Arno Orsini, the AMG Sales Specialist. An appointment was made to see the vehicles, after we were assured that a “Costco auto price” would be met. Before we arrived, Arno answered all calls and e-mails promptly, and even sent exterior and interior photos of one of the vehicles. When we arrived, he placed the 2 vehicles one behind the other for a detailed comparison. Once a decision was made, Arno provided detailed purchase and/or leasing options and prices. He recommended a cost-saving maintenance program and even offered several options for selling our current non-MB automobile, which included CarMax. Dealing with Arno is a unique “one-step” process. There is no -- meet the salesperson, then the manager, then the haggling…. Arno gave us a very fair price, that was “non-negotiable”, provided various financing options, answered all questions, and finalized the deal. He is a true professional - extremely knowledgeable, transparent, very efficient, and quite personable. Dealing with Arno is a seamless and extremely pleasant experience – something quite rare in today’s car-buying environment! When we picked up our vehicle, Richard Brittingham, the Product Concierge” provided a comprehensive “orientation” and patiently answered all of our questions. Later, when a problem occurred with the “Mercedes.me” app, he quickly resolved the matter, letting us know that he was always available for any future questions or issues. Buying or leasing a car can be highly stressful; but not at Princeton Mercedes-Benz because of Arno Orsini. Operating a complex MB vehicle can be confusing too; but not so with Richard Brittingham’s assistance. It was definitely worth a trip from NYC! More

Paul is a pleasure to work with. We purchased my old lease C300 and leased a new C300. Paul was great in these transactions, explaining what we were signing and took great care of us.
