Excellent The transaction had to be expedited quickly as it was the end of the month. Nick shifted into high gear and the whole process was quick and simple. Sales people were excellent to work with Rich Candela was our sales person. He had oustanding knowlledge of the product (Audi Q7) and was extremely helpful during the entire sales process. There is a lot of technology built into this car and Rich was very patient as he walked us through the various systems. His explanations were so clear, I needed very little follow up assistance. I am 71 years of age and this was by far my best car buying experience. Beyond the aforementioned, I very much appreciated the abscence of pressure tactics as I made my purchase decisions. More
