Second purchase here as relaxing and fun as the first time We traded in our Escape for the XLT yesterday, and Rick did an excellent job guiding us through the process. We even had a cranky almost 2 year old with us, but coordinating two separate test drives for both my husband and myself while we alternated staying behind with our son was not a problem. Rick was patient, relaxed and took the time to show each us of us the unique features of the XLT as well as show us some things we didn't know from our previous online research. He gave us plenty of time to discuss our experiences together alone in the car after we finished our separate test drives. We never once felt pressured into any decisions that we ultimately ended up making. The whole experience was fun, educational, and relaxing. We love our new vehicle! I also feel I should give a shout out to Matt since I didn't leave a review from our first car buying experience here a little over 4 years ago. At the time we weren't sure what type of car we were interested in and had been to a couple dealerships to window shop. Our experience at Winner Ford with Matt was so relaxed compared to other dealerships we went to. Although we were committed window shoppers during our first visit with Matt, he was so patient each time and made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable, we went back to purchase the Escape from him a week later. Fast forward 4 years to this past weekend, and we traded in the Escape for a larger vehicle for our growing family thanks to Rick. We didn't even bother window shopping the second time or going anywhere else because we knew from our experience with Matt that we would get a superior vehicle with superior customer service. Overall after owning a vehicle purchased from Winner Ford, we have had enjoyed both of our vehicles and the superior customer experience. We have regularly taken our vehicle to be serviced for oil changes at the dealership as needed, and plan to continue to do so in the future. More
