Rick is a high energy; knowledgeable sales rep that treated my wife and I like we were the only customers in the showroom. I bought my second Ford from Rick today and was thrilled with the result. He was relentless in his efforts to get us a great deal on a great vehicle, and he delivered as usual. Working with Rick is like having a relative in the car business!! He made the buying experience very easy, didn't try to up-sell us on features we didn't need. He asked questions about what we planned to use the truck for, to make sure we were getting the correct features. Rick brought a couple of vehicles right up to the front for us to look at, and thoroughly reviewed the different features of each. While finalizing the paperwork, he ensured we were comfortable in the lounge and offered refreshments. Working with Doug on the financing was just as easy, again - no pressure trying to add on extra packages. Explained all the paperwork clearly and concisely. I would definitely recommend working with Rick when purchasing a new vehicle. More

They were professional starting with a sincere greeting as we walked into the showroom. We contacted Christopher (internet sales) prior too visiting. Upon arrival he handed us over to Rick, who had the vehicle we were interested brought to the front door warming and ready for our test drive. Rick made us feel immediately as ease with the whole car buying experience. Rick was knowledgable with all the car's functions and equipment included in that particular vehicle. He took the time to give us a background of the dealership as well as getting to know us personally and was genuinely interested in what we were looking for in a car. Rick is a real gem and I'm so happy he helped us get the new car we were looking without feeling like we were being pressured! This new type of car buying is fantastic. We had the pleasure of meeting with Doug for our financing needs and completion of paperwork. Doug made It was painless and really speedy. One of things that we most dislike about car shopping is the waiting time and we had none of this, literally in and out in no time at all. We look forward to a long relationship with the Winner Family. These guys are top notch!!! More

An easy car buying experience! My husband and I had been doing a lot of research on what car we wanted to buy. We went to a Ford dealership 5 minutes from our home and they did not have the car we were looking for. We decided to go to Winner Ford just to see the car we were interested in. Rick met us outside and instantly jumped into helping us find what we wanted. He was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Once we met him, we knew we were going to stick with this dealership, even though it was 30 minute drive from our home. Rick made sure he showed us some of the fun features the car had before we drove away in our new car! We worked with Doug to get all of the papers signed. He was also very easy to work with and made the process very simple. Sometimes it gets overwhelming with all of those signatures! Thank you so much Rick and Doug!
