This past weekend our lease was up. My husband insisted we return to Winner Ford because of the outstanding customer service Rick delivered three years ago. Not only was Rick still employed at Winner Ford he provided that same level of exemplary customer service. Rick is knowledgeable, efficient and gets the job done without all the hassle that goes along with purchasing and leasing automobiles. I can't recommend this gentleman and his coworkers enough. Lavern Ford, Domenic Rucci, and Doug Traher were phenomenal!!! They made the entire process stress free. This is our second experience with Rick and honesty if you are in the market to purchase or lease - do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache of dealing with an obnoxious salesman . Came out spending a lot less for a better car I went into Winner Ford looking, just looking. I wanted to come in, look at some cars and compare them to other dealerships I was planning to go to. I went into Winner Ford looking, just looking. I wanted to come in, look at some cars and compare them to other dealerships I was planning to go to. Rick showed me the types of cars that would fit me. He gave me an unbelievable deal on a new car! I didn't have to go looking around at other dealerships. The deal Rick gave me on a 2019 brand new car with a 3 year lease was hands down the lowest price I could get for a new or used car. Rick was great during the whole process. He is not your typical car salesmen. He will WORK WORK WORK to get you the best deal and best car for you. I will be recommending Rick and everybody else at Winner Ford for a long time. I am also happy when my lease is up, I know exactly who I am going to for my next car. More

However, we wanted to do our due diligence first. Rick worked with us over the next 24 hours to make sure all of our questions were answered, and left no stone unturned to make sure we were 100% comfortable with our purchase. The service he provided was tremendous, something you’d expect from a family member, not someone you’d just met. He was friendly, and respectful despite our non-commitment on the first visit. This was very important to us and went a long way in making us comfortable with the purchase. I would recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new or used car, regardless of their previous make/model. This is our first Ford, but I can guarantee it won’t be the last. More
