I feel completely scammed by Universal Nissan. I purchased a Nissan Altima as a certified used car, and I also bought 2 warranties to protect myself. However, now I’m being denied service because I purchased a Nissan Altima as a certified used car, and I also bought 2 warranties to protect myself. However, now I’m being denied service because they claim the wear and tear on the vehicle is “typical for the year and mileage and warranty is not going to cover the vehicle that they didn't even take the time to inspect. I brought up suspension issues multiple times, but instead of helping, they just brush me off and say this is normal for a used car. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a warranty and still have zero support when problems arise. This has left me overwhelmed and full of buyer’s regret. If you’re thinking about buying from Universal Nissan, beware — they don’t stand behind their cars or warranties. I’m beyond disappointed. Now I am stuck and upside down with a car I am unhappy with and will have to continue to be unhappy with until my loan is over. More
