Eddie worked with the sales management and finance, and was able to get us into a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue SV with no money down, and taking our trade-in and paying it off. This was, by far the best sales experience with any vehicle purchase. We moved to Finance to complete the deal. Mr. Matos was very professional in completing the sale. Listened to our concern about GAP insurance, and provided the best option, including a service plan. I went to Universal for a Nissan truck. I took a test drive and the salesman gave me a price. I wanted more for my trade so he got a sales manager Victor to see if it is possible. The sales manager Victor took over and tried to high pressure me into buying it. He replied to my objections with rude responses. This went on for a while until I stood up and loudly told him "I don't need this truck and I don't need to listen to this." Another manager came over and I told him about Victor's rude behavior. Victor doesn't work on commission so he doesn't care if the sale is lost. No more Universal Nissan for me More
