Our experience there wasn’t the best. We were coming from out of state and had an appointment with a sales manager and had communicated with a sales rep prior to coming. We arrived and ended up with someone we hadn’t spoken with and had no idea he was a sales rep until we were almost done with the test drive (truthfully thought he was a greeter who was letting us see our vehicle early since we were a few minutes early for the appointment). Received the trade value for our vehicle and was very unhappy with that and the manager who came to assist (also not the manager we were scheduled with) didn’t have anything better to offer so we left. Drove to another Ford dealership and got THOUSANDS more for our trade and made our purchase there. Perhaps it all could have gone differently if we had our original appointment staff but that’s just what happened. More
