Our salesman,Kevin, was great. But we did tell him that we had no intention of adding anything /packages to our sale. I will tell finance not to do it. This is my 3rd time leasing a Lexus with Lexus of Sharon and could not be more pleased. From the front desk, to Sammy the sales manager, to Richard in Finance, and of course Lesly my sales consultant my exp and could not be more pleased. They made me feel comfortable and heard throughout the process. Lesly took the extra time to go over the car features both on paper and in person. She also ensured me that she could be reached by phone if any other questions came up. This was after I had the keys in hand.
