It’s important to us that every customer has a seamless and clear experience, and we understand your frustration with the rushed deal and the communication issues. We will look into the mix-up with the deal jackets to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you have any further concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to Becky or Anna in our Customer Relations Department at customerrelations@vanchevrolet.com.

You still have my vehicle after since 12/10/24. I was informed today they are aware the engine blew at 47k miles after 6 days of operation. The service department was so lackadaisical, they had to sublet the diagnostic of the car to another dealership unbeknownst to me. Moreover they are trying to get out of the lemon law even though the vehicle is within the legal 15 days or 500 miles. This location is actively attempting to scam customers.
