After having a bad experience at another Echo Park location where the salesman tried to strong arm me into using one of their lenders to get his kick back after spending FOUR HOURS sitting there, it w location where the salesman tried to strong arm me into using one of their lenders to get his kick back after spending FOUR HOURS sitting there, it was refreshing to come to Echo Park, Thornton and be treated with kindness, patience and respect by Victor. Victor was knowledgeable and professional in answering any questions I had during this process and he never once tried to pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. Even though the process took a few days because of Labor Day weekend, Victor did his best to make this as painless as possible... and we all know how painful car shopping can be. More

Busy place, My car sale person was great, manager was a jerk and talk down to me and was not helpful, they will bully you into a car protection plan, cars sold dirty and you will have to ask them to put ga jerk and talk down to me and was not helpful, they will bully you into a car protection plan, cars sold dirty and you will have to ask them to put gas in it, to which the manger give me back lash about. I already was pre-approved by my bank and had a letter staying so with approved amount, plus my trade in was paid for and title in hand. The manager once again talk to me like I was stupid and questioned me about my title and would it even look at my approval letter. They move a lot of cars and the manager really just side step my question or tried to make me feel like he was doing me a favor by answering me. More

Perfect and kind people help me to trade in my car and get my favorite car from their inventory, Sebastian was our assistant there and he did excellent from my first visit to end ! Nice, large dealership, lots of inventory. I like the no haggle price format, but too pushy on all the extras they try and add on. They don't take no for an answer till the 10th no.
