I just had the most amazing experience at BMW of Fort Washington! The tailgate of my X5 wouldn’t open and I had material in there for a home renovation that was needed immediately. Ben worked with Rich Washington! The tailgate of my X5 wouldn’t open and I had material in there for a home renovation that was needed immediately. Ben worked with Rich and Ju (mechanic) to fit me into schedule and diagnosed the issue with an immediate fix! They did it all with a smile. Thank you to the entire team! More
