Upon my recent visit to Bmw of Ft Washington for inspection and my yearly winter tire application, it turned out my car didn’t pass. The service department was quick to send me a video with a detail inspection and my yearly winter tire application, it turned out my car didn’t pass. The service department was quick to send me a video with a detailed explanation and cost. . The necessary parts were ordered and my car repaired quickly and kept an open line of communication with updates of repair status and completion date. I’d like to give a quick shout out to service department. Rich Lanci always top notch. Ryan, Frank and Melany. A special thanks to Amie for taking care of the logistics and communication. She always goes the extra mile to help and is ever so kind . Also the awesome Bennie for being an all around knowledgeable helpful employee and the fabric of the company. Many thanks to all. I came with my grandmom to drop off her car for service. As we pulled into the service lane, all the valets, service managers Ryan & Rich were very welcoming and allowed us to take our time. With the help of Melany, she got us a loaner and we were out quick, fast & in a hurry. When returning, Ben Amar welcomed us to gifts, and Frank (her service manager) took very good care of her.
