I've been a loyal customer of Steingold Volvo for many years and buy pre-owned/certified and have always had a good experience with my car. (120+ miles, no major maintenance issues). The service department is excellent; Susan and Richard are professionals and whether you choose to stay or use their Uber ride while your vehicle is in service, they treat your right. Brian was super helpful buying this car, no pressure, prompt to call when the car was available and went over the new features of the T5 Inscription Platinum before pulling out of the showroom. If you have a good thing going why change? I have recommended Steingold to family and friends. My cousin just made the switch from BMW to Volvo after driving my previous S60. On a day that I went in to have my 2013 S60 scheduled serviced, I saw one of the last 2018 S60s' on the Steingold showroom floor and fell in love with this car. However, I was concerned because I had to go away for a few weeks immediately after I saw this car. I explained this to Mike Bernardo and with a minimal deposit, he made sure my car was there and waiting for me when I returned! It's a great car, very sporty, Ultra safe, elegant and loaded with all the latest features and accessories that I can enjoy for years to come. . Although I was not initially shopping for another Volvo (because I already had one and like change) I decided to replace our totaled car with another Volvo from Steingold. Safety matters, especially with young, less experienced drivers. Everyone knows Volvo’s are one of the safest cars on the road. The thought of going through the car buying process again was something I was not looking forward to. One visit to another dealership confirmed what I already knew (and had already experienced first hand). Steingold is the easiest place to do business with and most professional car buying experience I have ever had. No BS. No games. Honest folks who pride themselves in old school customer satisfaction. You deal directly with the owners! No sales manger. No backroom deals. No ‘let me check’ while you wait around all afternoon. Straight answers and upfront, honest communication. Work with Brian, Michael or Steve. Buying a preowned car I asked for a few comestic things to be addressed. No problem. Everything was done beyond satisfaction. This was probably one of their least expensive cars on their lot. Didn’t matter, they treated me like I was buying the most expensive car in their inventory.
