Outstanding customer service. Scheduled a oil change and tire rotation by phone. Arrived at the dealership approximately 15 minutes early. Met with Richard, very pleasant and friendly. Richard checked in tire rotation by phone. Arrived at the dealership approximately 15 minutes early. Met with Richard, very pleasant and friendly. Richard checked in my vehicle and directed me to the waiting area. Very clean and comfortable. Within 45 minutes my Acadia was serviced and washed. Ready to go. Again, Outstanding customer service. I will recommend Williamson Cadillac highly. More

Great follow up, I had taken my car in for scheduled maintenance and pointed out an issue with my outside mirror. Service writer informed me that a part would have to ordered which he did.
