I found the truck online and called the dealership because it is located about 45 miles from my house. I was connected to Richard. He was very polite and we were able to work the deal out on the phone because it is located about 45 miles from my house. I was connected to Richard. He was very polite and we were able to work the deal out on the phone. When I visited the dealership to pick up the truck, my every expectation was met. From Richard’s professionalism to the finance person and technology person Lisa Snyder. Their was no high pressure. They told me about additional services as I expected but when I declined I felt no pressure. I received good money for my trade and got a great price and interest rate on the truck I wanted. I love the truck I got from George Weber. More
