I found the truck online and called the dealership because it is located about 45 miles from my house. I was connected to Richard. From Richard’s professionalism to the finance person and technology person Lisa Snyder. Their was no high pressure. They told me about additional services as I expected but when I declined I felt no pressure. I received good money for my trade and got a great price and interest rate on the truck I wanted.
