Generally, the service department, service advisors, and quality of service seem to have slipped in recent months. I've had two or three instances when the service department had incorrect information on my quality of service seem to have slipped in recent months. I've had two or three instances when the service department had incorrect information on my cars, the service advisor's name given to me was incorrect, he no longer worked there, no service advisor was not notified that I was there waiting for 45 minutes to meet with an advisor, I was not notified promptly when my car was completed, and I was promised follow up which did not occur. Service has generally been good over the many years that I have been involved with Lexus of Pembroke Pines, but the only consistently great service has been Richard Monivis, who has always been very helpful with all the cars that I purchased from him. More

Richard is such a gentleman as my mom puts it. She raved about him when she went to Lexus to get the car serviced and radio fixed. My mom was having a really rough time and Richard was so kind to her in a department outside of his. He just genuinely wanted to help. When you meet him, you will feel like you’ve known him for a long time. He feels like “family” & this Lexus dealership now feels like a relative’s house; Not a Car Dealership!!! More
