Great Experience I love to get a new car, but usually hate the process to find and buy the car. I'm sure I am not alone. My car shopping fears have changed. What made this experience different was Acura and their customer service. Aura was the third car dealer we visited. I went in having done my research for the MDX online. It was high on my list that included cars from BMW and Infinity. Richard Morris was our sales person. After talking and joking with him I knew I felt at ease, truly. The process took a few weeks due to my schedule and in that time I never felt pressured or hounded. Richard (and Sue Ellen) were more than helpful answering all our questions again without that added feeling of the past typical sales pitches I've experienced with other dealers. Once we committed to a specific MDX and had the pleasure of working with the finance department (Keith, John and Evelyn), I was again pleasantly surprised to find the experience friendly and relaxing. I look forward to future purchases with Richard and will continue to recommend him to all our friends. More
