He goes above and beyond to accommodate us and always makes sure we are completely satisfied with our service. Dealership service is a scary thing for many people. It's always hard to trust a new service advisor. John is the rare guy you can always trust and rely on to take care of both you and your vehicle. My wife and I have established a friendship with John over the years because of how he has treated us. We are loyal Crown Acura customers because of the reciprocating loyalty we receive from the Crown family. Note: I am a former car salesman and service advisor for Toyota. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the consistent follow through of everyone at Crown. They are not out to make a quick buck. They are intent on creating lifelong customers, and it shows in every transaction. 5 stars. Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and try them out, you won't be disappointed. More

I have pursued this car for nearly three years. It is rare, difficult to access and difficult to obtain. But Dan engaged Acura leadership and made my sought after RLX Sport Hybrid a reality. Dan's involvement was exceptional.. I have never experienced such exceptional efforts from any car purchase in my lifetime. At one point I was about to give up obtaining this car and shopped other brands, but Dan and his staff at Crown Acura , especially Sales Rep Richard Morris, Service Advisor John Shaw and Tech Greg Muszynski all have developed personal relationships with me over the years. I could not walk away from that. So I am thrilled Dan was able to obtain the RLX Sport Hybrid for me. It keeps me in the Acura vehicle I so desired and keeps me in the Crown Acura Family. More

Great Experience I love to get a new car, but usually hate the process to find and buy the car. I'm sure I am not alone. My car shopping fears have changed. What made this experience different was Acura and their customer service. Aura was the third car dealer we visited. I went in having done my research for the MDX online. It was high on my list that included cars from BMW and Infinity. Richard Morris was our sales person. After talking and joking with him I knew I felt at ease, truly. The process took a few weeks due to my schedule and in that time I never felt pressured or hounded. Richard (and Sue Ellen) were more than helpful answering all our questions again without that added feeling of the past typical sales pitches I've experienced with other dealers. Once we committed to a specific MDX and had the pleasure of working with the finance department (Keith, John and Evelyn), I was again pleasantly surprised to find the experience friendly and relaxing. I look forward to future purchases with Richard and will continue to recommend him to all our friends. More
