Brian is professional, knowledgeable as well as personable. This is not the first time that I have worked with Brian nor it will be the last. He makes me aware of what is needed to keep our Acura running at 100% and we get it done. I can not say enough about the people that I have worked with since I have been an owner of an Acura owner from Crown Acura. It's always hard to trust a new service advisor. John is the rare guy you can always trust and rely on to take care of both you and your vehicle. My wife and I have established a friendship with John over the years because of how he has treated us. We are loyal Crown Acura customers because of the reciprocating loyalty we receive from the Crown family. Note: I am a former car salesman and service advisor for Toyota. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the consistent follow through of everyone at Crown. They are not out to make a quick buck.
