My career in the auto industry began in 1998 with Crown. I moved to Florida from London in 1992. I am proud to have been named Salesman of the Year for 10 years, Acura Council of Sales Excellence member for 10 years, and the only person in this store to become Council of Sales Excellence (COSE) Gold Master! I am married with 6 children and in my free time I enjoy Kayak sailing and building cars!

I leased a car from Crown Acura back in 2003 and had excellent service! My husband and I moved away to Connecticut and returned to the area a year ago. Since I had a great experience with them in the excellent service! My husband and I moved away to Connecticut and returned to the area a year ago. Since I had a great experience with them in the past, I decided to go back and met with Richard Morris. He and the entire staff were, once again, phenomenal! They were very informative and helped me with my decision to lease another vehicle from them. I highly recommend Richard Morris and his staff to everyone! They aren't like your average dealership, get you in a vehicle and send you on your way, but rather make sure you are comfortable and establish a relationship with you. They are great with following up to make sure you are satisfied and to make sure they've answered all your questions. For as long as I live in the area, I will continue to return to Crown Acura for sales and maintenance. More

It was wonderful working with Richard. He made life so simple for us to make a decision on a new Acura MDX. He was responsive and detail oriented. My wife was very pleased with her new car. Probably the best used car buying experience ever. I am one to delay on purchasing big ticket items and always practice due diligence before making a decision like buying a used car on a one payment plan. one to delay on purchasing big ticket items and always practice due diligence before making a decision like buying a used car on a one payment plan. The facts: Crown earned Acura's Dealership of distinction, friendly no pressure, on time and with class. Richard took me on the race course for a test drive, Dan countered my offer with fairness and Sophie graciously delivered as promised. Why go anywhere else? The experience is just as I expected. More
