Also I was told they would get a strap sent to me that was supposed to go in the cargo area in back of the car. That holds boxes or bags in place. Saved me money I knew the car I wanted to buy when I walked into the dealership. I had priced it at 2 dealerships that were closer to my home. He did not try to change my mind, instead he set about helping me to buy it. It turned out that I was able to buy the car I wanted for at least $2000 less than I had been offered at the other 2 dealers. More
