Richard Nixon contacted me over the phone and gave me the opportunity to explain our unique situation. I had been in a car accident the previous month and just had spinal fusion surgery. We knew I was going to be able to drive in a few weeks, but our family was going to be short a car. Richard worked to find us the perfect vehicle for our family and my current limited abilities. Jim Ellis GMC and Richard gave us a GREAT price compared to any price we found nationwide (and believe me, I did research!), and treated our family with the upmost respect.
