This dealership refused to do the process for a lease end buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. This dealer would only help if it was beneficial to them trying to force buy out. KIA financial said your closest KIA dealership can do the process. This dealer would only help if it was beneficial to them trying to force a sale and do the lease end buyout process. I called KIA financial again and have lodged a formal complaint. The salesperson told me that the general manager was the one who came up with this rule. Claiming that it held no benefit for the dealer to complete this process unless it turned into a sale… This is a sale! A sale from a lease into a purchase. The complete purchase of the rest of my contracted agreement. Also they took our information and without proper explanation or consent, ran our credit without any written document application or signature. Very sketchy business and sales tactics are being used here. STAY AWAY!! More

My auto purchase experience at Daytona Kia was seamless, painless, courteous, professional and handled with the most care. My sales person Henry and the product specialist Abigail went over and above my exp painless, courteous, professional and handled with the most care. My sales person Henry and the product specialist Abigail went over and above my expectations. They both took their time to make sure I had a complete understanding of my purchase and that I was 110% satisfied. It was very evident to me that Henry and Abigail are truly committed to customer service. Most auto dealerships are high pressure. To the contrary, my experience at Daytona Kia was anything but high pressure. I highly recommend Daytona Kia for your next auto purchase. You will not be disappointed. Because of Daytona Kia and their staff Richard Nisbett, Shaheed Henry, and Abigail Ramirez, I am now the proud owner of my 2024 dream car! More

Watch out for empty promises from Daytona Kia Dealership. Those guys do anything for a sale, even lies to you. Their financing department is worse than 1920 Italian Mafia. All of them are bullies. If you still like to visit Daytona Kia , then be very careful when you inside the finance department to sign the documents (they have lots of games to cheat you and you will not realize it until you drive that car home).
