First auto purchase, I am soo glad I came to Merchant first! I made my first auto/loan purchase ever with Merchants. I had Richard Roy assist me and I had no idea what I wanted. However, Rich was very patient as I made my first auto/loan purchase ever with Merchants. I had Richard Roy assist me and I had no idea what I wanted. However, Rich was very patient as we looked around the lot for a suitable car. I looked at many cars and wanted to test drive them ALL! I finally decided on one and Rich and his team did the rest. A very easy, relaxing experience! Thanks to Rich and Gordon (the finance guy) I have a cool looking Mazda3! Couldn't be happier! :) More

Great experience buying my car I bought a car in a private sale and it was the worst experience of my life. Car Buying Process My experience buying a car at Merchants was awesome. I had to get a new car after mine was totaled and I was not looking forward to the process.
