Wonderful experience with merchants and especially with Rich I walked into Merchants hesitant about having to deal with a car salesman in order to get the right car for me. I was greeted by Richard when I walked I walked into Merchants hesitant about having to deal with a car salesman in order to get the right car for me. I was greeted by Richard when I walked in and as soon as we sat down i could tell this experience wouldnt be the same. I gave Richard a not so easy task as im sure with everyone i was very particular with what i wanted and my budget. He worked with me so hard and i will forever appreciate the efforts of him and the bond we built. I will always return to merchants and refer my friends/family to go work with this comoany. Richard really did a wonderful job! More

Literally no pressure, very relaxed buying experience I went to merchants Auto because my credit wasn't great. I was worried I was wasting my time and their time going over (I drove over an hour). I did the pre-approval online, qualified, I met with my Sales man Richard he first sat down with me asking me want I wanted in a vehicle then we looked at what they had to offer me. I could believe with my credit I drove off the lot in a 2016 SUV and met my payment budget! More
