He explained everything in full detail to us, and was very helpful and understanding. He made us feel very much at ease in the comfortable environment there. After asking which type of vehicle we were interested in purchasing, we filled out all necessary paperwork. We then test drove a 2014 Jeep Patriot and fell in love with it! I was of course, offered to test both the units and a card fax was available. I required financing the vehicle and help was not short there either, they simplified the process quite a lot. The vehicle was with only one key and there was no push back on my request for a second one, which has already been given to me in no time.
