Anyone in the market for a used car would be crazy not to go to Merchants Auto. Most, if not all, of their cars have come from lease purchases and are in pristine condition. They don't sell new cars. They don't sell junk. They know what they're doing. Richard Roy has to be the greatest salesperson ever. I felt like I had brought one of my friends along for support. He was polite, knowledgeable, and handled the whole transaction by himself. Thank you, Richard. More

However, Rich was very patient as I made my first auto/loan purchase ever with Merchants. I had Richard Roy assist me and I had no idea what I wanted. However, Rich was very patient as we looked around the lot for a suitable car. I looked at many cars and wanted to test drive them ALL! I finally decided on one and Rich and his team did the rest.
