I needed to trade in my car as I'm moving to Texas and gas prices are no joke! I worked with Bobby and he was able to help me through this process like it was nothing. Even when we hit an issue with the f gas prices are no joke! I worked with Bobby and he was able to help me through this process like it was nothing. Even when we hit an issue with the first car I chose he stayed cool and we worked something out with a nice Chevy Trax! Thank you Philips and thank you Bobby! If I ever move back this is the only place to go. More

If I could had the option of 0 stars, I would happily select 0 stars. My problem is with Richard. One of the finance guys. He is not accountable for his actions. I was ready to purchase a vehicle and sp select 0 stars. My problem is with Richard. One of the finance guys. He is not accountable for his actions. I was ready to purchase a vehicle and specifically said I did not want my credit checked because I was paying in full. I told the salesman numerous times and even said I will not buy the vehicle if my credit is going to be checked. He did a hard inquiry anyway which is unacceptable. Then to add more insult he casually apologizeed and blamed the salesman. Way to handle your mistake. I was so upset, I didn't purchase the vehicle. I will never give this dealership my business. If Richard is part of your experience, my advice would be to walk away! More
