The truck arrived in one piece with only a few scratches that Duval Ford has immediately contacted the local body shop for repair. Although the shipping was a total disaster Duval Ford and the General Manager kept his word and made the last half of the transaction worth the stressful ordeal. He was in constant communication with me as was I with him and the driver of the 2nd rig to pick up the truck from Denver. After the shipping nightmare....the way the dealership has handled the last half of the transaction I feel they deserve the kudos and my business again if ever in need of a truck from Jacksonville...... More

Sadly I discoved that my friend had graduated from head of fleet sales in 2000 to the Big Big Cheese over all of Duvalland. Much to my surprise he personally returned my call like the gentleman he is. I arrived the next day and after a tour of the new facility ( and introductions to many of the fine crew) was lucky again to stumble upon a Superduty which had everything I needed and some extra safety features as well. Sat with Richard Tackett and within minutes ( seriously folks minutes) the deal was done.! Knowing I am a real stickler for perfection ( Ask Richard to tell ya bout my " first" SD order.... thatsa story unto itself "sqeek -squeek") he sent me home with the truck ( which I Immediatly christened " The Silverback") 🦍. Well Im sure that you know by now it was luv at first site, and I returned the following day to sit with the real brains of the Tackett Team ( She simply calls herself Patti) but let me tell you folks your in good hands from the get go.! In a short time all my questions were easily answered and a world of information specific to my purchase were exchanged. While I was doing all this, quietly in the background a whole crew of good folks led by the intrepid Bryce Roderick had ushered my new baby to be shined and inspected like a prize race horse before the Kentucky Derby. So as Pattii and I finished up the paperwork and swapped boating stories others were dbl checking to be sure it was 100% ready. Better wrap this up cuz Im sure theres work to be done and it aint gonna happen sittin around reading reviews. Many thanks to everyone I met and hope to see ya soon( for new parts on my 2000 SD V-10 thats still running strong at 259,000 miles) and just to say hello to RT, BR and Pattii. More

Keeping a honest statement I just want voice my thoughts to the service department. I had no idea that our honest word does not mean anything in the country anymore. I have just purchase a used ford F-250 on 10-16-17. from Patrick Gordon (Thank you) for you patience. We both agreed that the truck was in need of tires. One on the truck already was slightly used. On the I owe you sheet the dealer gives to the customer stated tires which the salesman stated all four tires would be replaced. I had spoke with the salesman and stated he would be getting the paper work finished up and will be installing the new tires that morning . When I drove to the dealer ship I get wordfrom additional service member that I had not met because the one I was suppose to see was not there. Then I get word that you are getting 3 tires. I am exhausted with everything with this Dealer. Once the deal was made I had to turn round and Buy additional Key that was not included. 180.00 for key 80.00 for programming after tax 304.00. in addition no floor mats for the truck. No thank you Dealer I WILL BE GOING SOMEPLACE ELSE. More

Dishonest from the top down Yesterday the vp here made a deal, today he said no won't do that deal. They told me I had til today to close it. This is the guy in charge. Can't take his word. Who can you trust? A big waste of time, stressful, unpleasant experience. Can't recommend this company for anything they put out there. They advertised a vehicle/price, wrote the deal, was approved by the top guy then reneged. They tried to change the terms they presented. They claimed they are not responsible for their mistakes. The founder of this dealership must be ashamed of this behaviour. More
