I took an 06 diesel F350 for repairs (oil/coolant issue). I dealt with Amy Andrisani in Service. She called her diesel mechanic and explained the problem. $3,200 later, I had an excellent performing truck I dealt with Amy Andrisani in Service. In sales department, same day I had service (May 2021) I walked to the commercial sales Dept, and met Richard VanPerr. My intent was to replace my 06. He had nothing to sell me. He did, however, tell me he was ordering 2022 trucks. He suggested strongly that I order what I wanted because sold orders placed with Ford Motor Company tool priority to be built before stock for their dealers. I picked it up on 8/27. It’s my opinion that you should give their personnel manager a big bonus because you never find this many professional employees in one place.
