When I called they said that they had made a “mistake” and for me to come back and re do my papers. Oh. And they said that the bank never got the paperwork for the loan with the warranty however when I received my first bill the amount with the warranty is on the payoff amount. Horrible experience find another dealer if you can. I have to now wait on them to supposedly resolve this. More

The seller Mr Sergio Vera very friendly and professional. I did not like Mr. Lance from the finance department as one cannot ask the doubts one has about the amount financed because he gets upset and rais I did not like Mr. Lance from the finance department as one cannot ask the doubts one has about the amount financed because he gets upset and raises his voice. I had to stay with the doubts because when I asked something that I did not understand, Mr. Lance would raise his voice and get out of control. Now I think that it is a strategy that Mr. Lance uses to not clarify the doubts and put what is there in the contract. that he wants. For example Mr. Lance offered me an extended warranty of $20 per month which is supposed to cover after the original vehicle warranty which was a total of $1,440 ($20 x 72 months =$1,440) but the contract said $1,740. The vehicle also had a rebate of $3,000 because it was Demo bone that the vehicle came out at $47,320 after the rebate, but the contract says $1,500 rebate. Another thing, my purchase was on April 9 and today is April 19 and I call Spaces Coast Credit Union and it still does not appear that I have financed any car with that Credit Union. Definitely if Mr. Lance from finance were to attend again he would not buy any vehicle again More
