99.9% Isn't Good Enough Whenever I do business with a place I always ask myself one question. Are they content and happy with 99.9% of their customers having a Completly Sat Whenever I do business with a place I always ask myself one question. Are they content and happy with 99.9% of their customers having a Completly Satisfied experience? To many the answer would be yes. But I firmly believe that North Country Ford is not one of those businesses that are. The reason I say this is I have been going to this dealer for the last four years and only once did I have an issue that I thought was unfair. Guess what, I talked to Tom the service manager and he fixed the issue I had without hesitation. Yes, in the four years I have been going there I could have been 99.9% satisfied but like I said, Tom corrected the minor issue I had and turned it into 100% Completly Satisfied. This is the reason I continue to buy all my vehicles and do all my service work with them because at the end of the day, there just is no other place that can match their level of service in pricing and customer service. It has been a true pleasure getting to know all of the wonderful employees that I have had the pleasure to do business with I want to give credit to Tom the Service Manager, Brent and Jack In the Service Dept. Tim Reil, Perry Feavel, and Tom Reil in sales for always taking care of me and my family over the last four years and for never being satisfied with only being 99.9% Good Enough. More

Fantastic overall experience! Thank you! Wally is such a great guy! I called and told him about my experience at another Ford dealership and all I wanted was to lease another Ford Edge just Wally is such a great guy! I called and told him about my experience at another Ford dealership and all I wanted was to lease another Ford Edge just like my last one. He found the vehicle and got it ready for me. I went up to sign paperwork and I was on my way. I was just so easy and seamless. Even though this isn't the closest Ford dealership to my home I will keep going back to Wally. He's the best!! More

Repairs out of warranty My 2013 Edge was 652 miles out of warranty when I discovered the front strut (dirver side) was leaking fluid. I called Northland and talked with Sco My 2013 Edge was 652 miles out of warranty when I discovered the front strut (dirver side) was leaking fluid. I called Northland and talked with Scott, service manager. He indicated that it was out of warranty (barely) so they would not be able to repair it under warranty. He stated "bring it in and we will fix it and not leave you out to dry, seeing how you purchased the vehicle from us". Boy were they helpful and lived up to the statement. While I didn't buy the extended warranty that was offered to me and I declined, I also felt that only 652 miles over was a little close. They worked with us, and my wife and I think they did a wonderful job of customer service after the sale. Would strongly recommend Northland Ford as car dealership that services what they sell.
