Another great car buying experience with Luther and for that reason I will keep coming back! Easy shopping, value and buying experience. I had a couple difficulties with licensing and was not impressed by that reason I will keep coming back! Easy shopping, value and buying experience. Still waiting for our second set of keys that Brock and Wally promise they were going to call us to pickup. I still haven’t heard from Brock about the mats thy should have came with the vehicle. We are not Wally promise they were going to call us to pickup. I still haven’t heard from Brock about the mats thy should have came with the vehicle. We are not making a big deal out of mats because the vehicle is a used vehicle but this doesn’t mean that the dealership can’t keep their promise of providing us with a second of keys. We own business and our employees use the vehicle, sometimes they loose the keys and we need to have extras for emergencies. Poor customer services! No follow through! Not recommending Brock or Wally to any customers as there is no follow through from them. More

My sales associate, Wally, was excellent. When the vehicle I came in to test drive didn't work out, he showed me another option that I fell in love with and bought on the spot. He was also When the vehicle I came in to test drive didn't work out, he showed me another option that I fell in love with and bought on the spot. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable at the end of the sale when he showed me how to operate all of the new technology in the vehicle. That was very much appreciated because this is my first vehicle with voice commands and all of the phone/app features. The only unpleasant part of the process was how long it took from the time I said I would buy, until the time walked out the door. I waited over an hour to talk to the finance person, and then even once I made it to his office it was very lengthy process of sitting in a very uncomfortable chair (which was also the case while at the sales associate's desk).
