We are not happy at all! It takes too long for repairs and we were charged for a tire on the loaner that a manger “ would look into this” and never got back to us. Would never recommend Gilbert Audi to anyone. If you say you’ll do something then do it and follow through. Very sad. I’m sure we won’t be hearing anything either. Also one of your sales managers text me with an absolute unprofessional text about the value of our car! Insulting tbh and not the way to handle business in my opinion More
