Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but he took the time to listen to what I wanted, answer every question, and guide me through the process without ever making me feel pressured. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and truly had my best interests in mind. What impressed me most was how far Richie went to make sure everything was taken care of. He wasn't just trying to make a sale—he was focused on making sure I was happy and confident with my decision.
