I especially like the fact that I have the same go-to guy assigned to take care of me and my car. We have gotten to know each other and I know that I can call him and get help when I need it. I have appoin assigned to take care of me and my car. We have gotten to know each other and I know that I can call him and get help when I need it. I have appointments made in advance and the regular maintenance is something I really appreciate. I had never handled the maintenance on a vehicle before my husband passed away. Taking my car in regularly to the same fellow eliminates the worry that my car is not in good condition. I know that it is. More

I like the fact that service appointments are scheduled with the same service advisor. I have been with Rick Emerson for many years. He is the best! Personable, responsive, and knowledgeable.
