Rick Emerson has been my Service Advisor for six years or more.. If he is not there my car does not go in for service. I trust him that a Master Mechanic will work on my car. I feel he would service my car more.. If he is not there my car does not go in for service. I trust him that a Master Mechanic will work on my car. I feel he would service my car as he would his own. I have been very satisfied. Making an appointment has been easy and he reserves me a rental car if needed. I drive more than 30 miles round trip to this service location as I trust them. More

I like having the same person to work with each time I am in. Rick has made it a point of giving excellent service every time I've been in. In this instance, I found myself in the parking lot of a local gr in. Rick has made it a point of giving excellent service every time I've been in. In this instance, I found myself in the parking lot of a local grocery store when without notice my trunk latch stopped working after I just placed my purchases inside. I drove to visit Rick as soon I could after getting my purchase home. On a very busy Saturday afternoon when they were booked up, Rick and the staff made time to take care of my issue. Not only did they go out their way when I had no appointment but they also managed to assure me that it was no problem even though I was probably a nuisance. I have worked with Rick since purchasing my current car 5 years ago and have been able to count on him to answer my questions honestly. Not only would I recommend this dealer, I have. I have a family member that bought a car through this dealer and has Rick as their contact person for service as well. More

When you have an older vehicle you worry about how honest repair facilities are. Had several estimates for rear brakes but the difference in price wasn't worth not going to a trusted dealer. What was better was the advice given to me about other repairs and maintenance items for the vehicle over 100,000 miles. Other places threw the book at me but the service provider carefully and completely guided me through a process that was reasonable and made sense for my vehicle. More

Rick Emerson, is my service advisor and he is very friendly and knowledgable. If I have a question or issue he always handles my question/issue the way I would expect. If he doesn't know the answer friendly and knowledgable. If I have a question or issue he always handles my question/issue the way I would expect. If he doesn't know the answer he finds out. Although, I did not buy my car from Larry Miller (it was used), they have treated me just like I had purchased it from them. I feel like they are doing the right thing as they represent Toyota. Rick is very professional. I will continue to take my car to them even though the construction hardship makes it a mess for both the customers and the employees to work under. I had normal maintenance done and other problems were discovered a week later. I stopped by and Rick Emerson came out and looked at the issue and his advise was right on target. As I drove away a light for the airbags came on, I turned around and Rick again came out checked it out. I had to make an appt to have it looked at which was prompt and the price was exactly as promised, repair was done and no more warning light. Rick has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I trust the advise and service I get at this dealership. More

I have always felt comfortable with Larry Miller Toyota handling the maintenance on my car primarily because of Rick Emerson and the quality of work done. I am never pressured to have additonal repairs done although Rick will recommend some items to me. I tell him how I feel about the time frame to get the services done and he gladly accommodates my needs. I've had my Toyota vehicle for almost 8 years now and I continue to return to Larry Miller Toyota for service and maintenance. The main reason is customer service. The quality of work is excellent as I hav continue to return to Larry Miller Toyota for service and maintenance. The main reason is customer service. The quality of work is excellent as I have never have had any post maintenance problem. However, I feel there are many places that I can receive that type of quality work. I keep returning because I'm dealing with Rick Emerson who has always provided excellent customer service and I feel that I'm coming back to someone I know and who knows the experience I've had with my vehicle. The business model to provide customer service in this way is excellent and is much preferred to dealing with a different service manager every time one comes for service as I have experienced with other organizations. More
