The only positive interactions I’ve had were with Luke, who treated me with respect and professionalism, and with the bald manager in the glass office (unfortunately I don’t know his name), who also knew h who treated me with respect and professionalism, and with the bald manager in the glass office (unfortunately I don’t know his name), who also knew how to speak to customers appropriately. He was dismissive, disrespectful, and spoke to me in a manner that I found both rude and racially offensive. That kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it has left me feeling that I’ve learned my lesson about trusting this location. More
