If there was a 6th star, I'd check that too! I have been a Ford vehicle owner most of my life with the exception of a Honda that I purchased from Herb Chambers on Commonwealth Avenue in 1991. My 2007 Expedition ran for a solid 16 years, but the time finally presented itself to buy again. My new car search led me to a Mecedes dealership owned by Herb Chambers, where I experienced THE most MISERABLE car purchase experience I've ever had. After owning this used car for 5 months, the car was in need of 2 recalls, as well as other significant mechanical issues discovered. I went back to the dealership to seek help and due this not being a Mercedes, I was forced to address the issues on my own. I had to seek out a Ford dealership, setup work to be done elsewhere as this Ford owned Mercedes dealership washes their hands of any purchases other than Mercedes. Not an inch of help or call backs...shameful! This is where Herb Chambers Ford of Westborough came through as my "Beacon of Hope". Anthony, Rick and team at this Ford dealership are the "Best of the Best". From the moment I walked into the Service Department, Anthony welcomed us, took time to listen to the issues, confidently addressed the work to be done and continued the keep us abreast of any and all work along the way. To Anthony, Rick and the many others in the Service Department who to such an active caring approach to me and my vehicle, THANK YOU!!! Thank you for who you are, what you do, but most importantly, how you make people feel doing business with you.
