I am sad to write this because I used to be a HUGE fan of the service center, but the past year has changed all that. It started two years ago, after they fixed something and did an inspection and told me the service center, but the past year has changed all that. It started two years ago, after they fixed something and did an inspection and told me my battery was almost dead and needed replacement. I decided to wait, because I rarely drive and just figured I would do it another time. A year passed, and I brought my car in because it was making a clanging noise when I started it. They said they couldn't replicate the noise, and did another inspection to see if anything was going on. The inspection showed my battery was "good", but my 2 year old tires all needed to be replaced. I said - my tires are almost brand new - I never even drive. They said, well they were made 4 years ago - and the life of a tire is only 5 years.. Needless to say, I took my car home and felt like they were trying to get one over on me. So 6 months ago - my battery is good, but tires bad. Well - Yesterday I took my car in because the check engine light was on. Guess what - they did another inspection and battery "good", tires "good" but I need almost $2000 work on my car. I grabbed my car and ran. I used to work with a guy named Tony there who treated me like I was his sister, or mother - took care of me and made me feel safe on the road. Now - I feel like a target. If we can't go to a dealership to at least honestly diagnose our vehicles - who can we trust? More
