I worked with rick Gibson on a purchase of new truck. I never went to store. I called in and told him what truck I wanted and that I wanted a out the door number with no bs later. he called me right back w never went to store. I called in and told him what truck I wanted and that I wanted a out the door number with no bs later. he called me right back with the number and I said lets do it send me the purchase agreement. to my surprise the numbers didn't change. he did exactly what I asked a no bs experience. they held the truck while over night paperwork to me and sent a return addressed prepaid envelope. I sent it all back and now there delivering the truck. THIS IS HOW THINGS SHOULD BE great guy highly recommend and will be buying again. More
