I love my Family, the outdoors, Hunting and Fishing and also Churchill downs!!! I also followed my Wife and daughter as they participate in IRONMAN triathlons. Rick Gibson was extremely accommodating which was especially appreciated because we were flying in from NY. He gave us his cell so he was always accessible and we could email, text or call any time. especially appreciated because we were flying in from NY. Rick had all paperwork in order and he even picked us up from the airport! The whole process was smooth and stress free and we will definitely come back for another F350 in the future. Rick was great. Only as assertive as he needed to be to conduct good business. I will be back for the next vehicle. Absolute awesome experience buying our commercial truck from Karl Flammer Ford. From the beginning, Rick provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. Not only was he friendly but he was very patient with all the questions I had. Hands down the best salesman I spoke with during our search for a truck. Overall Rick made the process easy and seamless. When he arrived the papers were ready to sign. Our finance manager, Suzanne, was also great. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. There were no high-pressure sales during the finance phase and I respect that. Thank you, Karl Flammer Ford, you guys will be the first one I go to when we are ready for our next truck! More
