Refreshing after previous experiences with dealerships Going in a car dealership hasn't always been a great experience. I go in thinking that I am going to get talked into a vehicle and payment that I am u Going in a car dealership hasn't always been a great experience. I go in thinking that I am going to get talked into a vehicle and payment that I am uncomfortable with. Typically it feels like they get the good deal instead of me. I looked at a different ford dealership in the KC area and had a not so great experience so I was hesitant to try Metro Ford. My experience at Metro Ford was quite opposite of other dealership experiences. I got the Mustang that I wanted from Garett who is extremely knowledgeable about Mustangs and isn't a typical pushy sales person which is a great change. George made sure I got the car that I wanted even if he had to go get it and was extremely responsive. Rick was very friendly and went the extra mile too. As long as their service department is as good as their sales experience, they probably have a lifelong customer here and I will recommend them. Drive past the other Ford dealerships and go to this one. Glad I did. Good job! More

Surprised I walked out with a new Explorer We walked in just to see what they had available definitely not planning to buy. We weren't sure what we wanted on it and I'm blown away they had a ( I want that car , I want to buy that car ) the salesman Garett was so knowledgeable and I am in shock we bought that explorer but it had so much on it and we decided this was what we wanted and we bought it . The car we had to trade , they shared with us what it was worth and then we discussed that if I sold it outright I could get x amount so I was leaning toward walking out and Rick asked me what I wanted for mine and I picked a reasonable number and they said we had a deal so I feel it was equitable. More

Great place to buy a vehicle. My wife and I went to another dealership to search for a new car. The (Jeep dealer) guy there pointed to the lot of new cars and told us to look aroun My wife and I went to another dealership to search for a new car. The (Jeep dealer) guy there pointed to the lot of new cars and told us to look around. He then said if we find something to let him know. He promptly went back inside to the showroom. Needless to say we left, never to return. We then went to Metro Ford where we previously bought my F-150 a few years earlier. My wife found the car she wanted and George was a tremendous help. We should have started there first. First class service and just a great buying experience. Thanks to George and all the crew. More
