Upfront he did a great job of explaining what to expect from the buying experience at Bonneville vs. what we would have typically experienced at other dealers. Once he assessed what we were looking for in the vehicle we were looking to purchase, he helped us find the vehicle that we didn't know we wanted! We were there to look at another vehicle we saw online and Rick showed us a similar one with a few different features....needless to say we fell in love with it. We bought it that same day. We are very pleased with the experience that Rick and Bonneville & Son provided. Rick and the team stayed after hours to get everything done that day so we didn't have to drive back from out of town to do paperwork. Rick even came in on his day off to walk us through the truck to make sure we were 100% satisfied when we picked it up the next day. Was a great buying experience. More
