I would say that he went beyond what would be expected of a salesperson, explaining carefully the philosophy of the dealership, answering all of our questions, showcasing the dealership, and in general, making this among my best experiences at a dealership in 40+ years. We traveled from Massachusetts to Bonneville in Manchester because of a specific car they had on the lot but we would not hesitate to make the trip again for future purchases based on the positive experience we had.
