I am a proud father of 4 great kids. My wife Caryn and I are dog lovers and have a Chihuahua named Chia!! We own a home and live right here in Manchester. When I'm not working, I enjoy working on the house, gardening, and cooking. I really love my job! I enjoy meeting new people. I attribute my success to my belief in being honest and upfront and giving my customers a stress free no hassle experience. I Started in the car business in the Winter of 1987 over 37 years ago. Through my career I have worked in every department, reconditioning, parts, service, and sales. Having worked all these departments, it gives me the knowledge to make sure every customer gets a satisfying experience. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. I have purchased many cars in the past and this was one of the efficient and pleasant experiences I have had. Great Experience I found the Jeep I wanted online and called when they opened at 8am. Rick answered the phone and took down my info to get the process started. I couple hours later he called back to tell me I was approved and my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. This was my first purchase with them, I have bought well over twenty vehicles I my life and I can say my experience with Rick and Ron will definitely have me coming back again. The two of them where very helpful and to be honest fun to hang out with while I waited. In summary, you could by a vehicle from any dealership, It's the people who treat you like a valued customer that makes you want to come back again. More
