Gerard was a very nice, patient and knowledgeable dealer. He gave me all the information on my car and was truly very pleasant to talk to. He made everything simple! Both Alex and Rick (who originally helped me) were extremely helpful and worked with me to get the best deal possible in my budget. This is my first time leasing a car and I am so glad that I did so with Kia. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and specifically my salesman, Rick Groff. My fiancé leased a car with Rick fr I did so with Kia. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and specifically my salesman, Rick Groff. My fiancé leased a car with Rick from Kia a few months ago and I knew that when I started looking, I would do the same. I was unsure about what kind of car I wanted and Rick was so knowledgeable about every car in the lot. I told him my price point and the features that I was looking for and he and he worked to find me the best possible deal on a 2022 Kia Seltos. He made me feel so comfortable in my new vehicle and even adjusted the locks and driver settings with me before I drove out of the dealership. I spent some time visiting several dealers and examining different makes of cars. Rick G. was the salesperson who helped guide me to a Forte.
